This little fault makes people become "crying bag" in seconds

People's eyes are like signal lights for emotions. When they are happy, their eyebrows are curved, and when they are sad, they can't stop crying. However, some people seem to have a malfunctioning emotional valve, and they are always in tears. Tears are not always a good sign. Why do I always have the symptoms of crying? The eyes often shed tears, which are common in lacrimal duct diseases, such as common lacrimal duct stenosis, lacrimal duct obstruction or dacryocystitis. Many middle-aged and elderly people often shed tears, mainly due to lacrimal duct obstruction. The initial part of the lacrimal duct has a narrow diameter, is superficial, and communicates with the conjunctival sac. It is easily blocked by inflammation and trauma. The lower part of the nasolacrimal duct is a narrow part and is easily affected by nasal lesions. Inflammation or trauma and other factors cause blockage, which will cause tears to flow out, and tears will overflow when there is nowhere to "catch". What are the dangers of a blocked tear duct? The main symptom of lacrimal duct obstruction is epiphora. The normal direction of lacrimal drainage: after secretion from the lacrimal gland, through the punctum, lacrimal canaliculus, common lacrimal duct, lacrimal sac, and nasolacrimal duct, and then drains through the opening of the inferior meatus. The drainage of normal tears can not only lubricate the eyeball, but also have the effect of sterilization and flushing. When the lacrimal duct is blocked, the number and composition of bacteria in the tears change, so that the eyeball is soaked in the tears with bacteria all day long, which can cause conjunctivitis, Keratitis, etc., endanger the eye. At the same time, tear outflow erodes the eyelid, prone to dry skin, hyperpigmentation, lower eyelid ectropion, etc. Long-term tearing may cause chronic irritant conjunctivitis, eczematous dermatitis on the lower eyelid and cheeks, and if secondary infection occurs, it will be accompanied by mucopurulent secretions, which contain a large amount of bacteria. Severe keratitis may also lead to corneal ulcers, or even corneal perforation and blindness. How to treat a blocked tear duct? Different symptoms correspond to different treatment plans. The main purpose of the treatment of lacrimal duct obstructive disease is to dredge or establish a new tear drainage channel. It is necessary to go to the hospital for examination. If the lacrimal duct is only narrowed or blocked, lacrimal duct exploration can be considered. Bursitis, anti-infective treatment should be given as soon as possible. At present, the common treatment methods for lacrimal duct obstruction include lacrimal duct probing combined with catheter placement, punctum reconstruction, punctum expansion combined with lacrimal duct probing, and dacryocystorhinostomy. It is worth noting that neonatal dacryocystitis is easily overlooked by parents because of its concealment. If the above-mentioned symptoms occur, they should be detected and treated as soon as possible.
