Maintain correct reading and writing posture: Persist "Three Ones", continuous reading and writing time should not exceed 40 minutes. 3. Avoid bad reading and writing habits: Do not read, write, or use electronic products when walking, eating, lying in bed, in dim light or in direct sunlight. 4. Control the time of using electronic products: After using electronic products to study for 30-40 minutes, you should rest and relax for 10 minutes. The use of electronic products for non-learning purposes should not exceed 15 minutes at a time, and should not exceed 1 hour in total every day. 5. Ensure adequate sleep and reasonable nutrition: Primary school students should sleep 10 hours a day, junior high school students 9 hours, and high school students 8 hours. 6, balanced nutrition, not picky eaters, not partial eclipse. 7. Once myopia is diagnosed, seek medical treatment as soon as possible, and scientifically correct it: go to a regular ophthalmic medical institution for examination in time, and perform dilated optometry if necessary. At present, the methods that can be used for myopia prevention and control include wearing frame glasses, orthokeratology lenses (commonly known as OK lenses), etc., which need to be selected and used under the guidance of a doctor, and they should be reviewed in the hospital every six months. 8. Be alert to the false propaganda that myopia can be cured: At present, there is no medical cure for myopia. Unscientific treatment may lead to further decline in vision, and even cause serious consequences such as eye infection or trauma.
